We stand behind the quality of every GreenSweep product. Below is everything you need to know about your warranty coverage.

✅ Standard Warranty Coverage

All GreenSweep products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Normal residential use
  • Key components including motors, belts, and internal mechanisms

❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
  • Commercial or heavy-duty use
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs
  • Accidental or environmental damage

🔄 What We’ll Do

If your product is found to be faulty under warranty, we’ll either:

  • Provide a free repair
  • Send replacement parts
  • Offer a full replacement unit

Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days of approval.

📝 How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your full name, shipping address, and contact number

📦 Do I Need to Return the Product?

In most cases, no return is required unless we specifically request it. Sometimes, we may need a faulty part returned for inspection.
