We stand behind the quality of every GreenSweep product. Below is everything you need to know about your warranty coverage.
✅ Standard Warranty Coverage
All GreenSweep products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Normal residential use
- Key components including motors, belts, and internal mechanisms
❌ What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
- Commercial or heavy-duty use
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Modifications or unauthorised repairs
- Accidental or environmental damage
🔄 What We’ll Do
If your product is found to be faulty under warranty, we’ll either:
- Provide a free repair
- Send replacement parts
- Offer a full replacement unit
Most claims are resolved within 3–5 business days of approval.
📝 How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Your full name, shipping address, and contact number
📦 Do I Need to Return the Product?
In most cases, no return is required unless we specifically request it. Sometimes, we may need a faulty part returned for inspection.

Can I use GreenSweep on wet turf?
No,the GreenSweep must only be used on dry surfaces.
Can the Sweepers be pulled backwards and forwards.
Absolutely, for some pile types and directions, it may work best to go forwards and backwards over the area. Equally for heavily covered areas, passing over in both directions can be effective.
What will it pick up?
GreenSweep will effortlessly pickup leaves, twigs, small stones, nuts, berry's and more. For areas with lots of debris coverage, more than one pass may be required.
What's the warranty?
GreenSweep is supplied with a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Are replacement parts available?
Yes, we keep stock of replacement parts including collection bags and brushes.
Do I have to assemble the product?
Greensweep just needs the handle fixing into place. This easy to complete using the quick clamps.
